Product detailed description

A new brand in our offer produced by Ervateira Bonetes, which has been successfully operating since 1986. This version is cultivated in the southern part of the state of Paraná in Serra de Esperança, Brazil. What distinguishes this area is its altitude. The plantations are located at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. In such conditions, the Paraguayan holly plant is deeply rooted in the soil. The altitude of the plantations ensures the plant receives the right amount of rainfall and sunlight, resulting in an unforgettable, fresh, tea-like, and woody yerba (erva). The composition of Pantanal Origens includes mainly very finely ground leaves and medium-sized twigs. Everything is vacuum-packed, preserving its intense aroma and beautiful, deep green color for a longer time. In one package, we find more than 3000 finely ground leaves, providing the right balance between the quantity of leaves and twigs. The dried leaves come from natural plantations, with no artificial plant protection products or fertilizers used. Due to the fineness of the ground leaves, a bombilla with a flattened shape, will be necessary for its preparation. In the absence of such a straw, proper preparation will be extremely challenging, if not impossible. However, if we have the necessary accessories, we will enjoy its excellent taste for many hours. The manufacturer describes the taste of Pantanal Origens as full and fresh, with an intense bitterness, in which we find woody, tea-like, and fruity notes. It guarantees hours of top-level mate enjoyment. Additionally packed in a cardboard box for better protection of the vacuum-sealed erva. Undoubtedly, the intense green color of the Brazilian "green gold" is impressive, all thanks to fresh supply. The aroma of the dried leaves is fresh, grassy, tea-like, and mildly nettle-like. From the start, the infusion impresses with its intensity and interesting background notes that are similar to the recognizable aromas. The bitterness and astringency are quite solid for chimarrao, and we add creaminess, tea-like, grassy, and nettle notes to that. The sweetness (creaminess) we sense leans towards a cookie-like sweetness. As is characteristic of good chimarrao, it maintains a specific taste for a long time, is efficient, essential, and provides a solid dose of energy. Weight: 1000g
