Yemari is an organic yerba maté of the highest quality, grown without the use of pesticides. It is produced in smaller quantities in the Misiones province, dried without the use of fire (sin humo) and naturally aged for 2 years after full processing. The packaging is made of biodegradable paper. Upon opening, you will smell the scent of a meadow and smoke, while the infusion offers a deep and complex flavor that is not too heavy, with a pleasant bitterness and noticeable woody tones or a subtle sweetness. Yemari is not very powdery—some would say it’s essentially powder-free. Inside, you'll find medium-cut (sometimes smaller) leaves and stems of the Paraguayan holly, made with the utmost care.
